We are thank full to the IRCTC for developing GOOD Mobile App..IRCTC Connect.but one thing it is lacking, that has to be taken into consideration.Ticket booked through desktop is not listed in this mobile app. that has to be included otherwise there is no use of it when you can not cancel the desktop ticket on mobile app. if u will be on move or where desktop is not available.pls. look into it and include this option in IRCTC Mobiel app.""IRCTC Connect""

Wifi Central District: All Major cities and Major landmarks e.g. hospital, Airport, Railway stations, Government school should have WIFI facilities available. Users can be charged based on usage or it can be free at school, hospital etc. This will avoid unnecessary digging of roads and better service for all.

We need to sign on every IT & Telecommunication application forms, agreeing their terms and conditions, where all the terms and conditions are in their favour. If they keep on changing their business policies frequently, then what's the point of being a service provider?

Even after spending money and time, we still don't get that they promised. Because they know that it is not possible to reach to the decision makers in this sector and that is why they land up cheating customers. Our IT & Telecom minister need to be aware and active on such issues. He shouldn't forget that he is appointed to look after such issues and not just to go and sit in parliament.

Practically all IT and telecommunication companies are doing business on their schemes and not on their services. After purchase on any of their product, need to follow-up with their call centres immediately, because it doesn't work as they stated on their schemes and plans. Is authorised dealers and retailors job only to sell? Even after purchase with our hard earned income, still no service. Isn't it daylight cheating? Many help line numbers on website are disable by the companies.
