In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Also public and private applications creates an important transaction for our citizen should share the information to common dataware house which the government has to establish. This information should be converted as multiple apis which can be used by any application which needs the day . For eg., if the bank needs our assets details to agree on 80 percent funding can validate it against our land or plot holdings from this warehouse. If i get the applications running i can give a blueprint.

Digitization in railway would be impacted a huge amount of saving in energy and minimization of railway corruption. Digitization will help in proper maintaining of trains timings which can save huge amount of fuel consumption. It will save much time of passengers also. Proper digitization will help current information of all activities.eg, online current reservation in trains. Proper timing will help also to maintain its cleaning due to less staying at trains and platforms.

1. The OpenAPI should also support Open Data Initiative 2. The Open API should be time sensitive for security 3. The Open API backend should be able to track transactions 3. The Standard should provide 2 factor authentication minimally and should correlate with National Database platform 4. Open API "may" have multiple access points like web services etc. 5. The standard should allow for distributed transactions to inter-operate across Govt. Agencies 6. Support Cloud Provisioning

I would like to bring Govt. attention towards our corrupt Judiciary systems. People across world make fun of this system. 32 million cases pending and it will take 320 years to clear the backlog considering the average taken from past years. This is encouraging Politicians and Govt. officials to commit crimes which is estimated in Crores. I myself have filed Consumer Case in 2011 against Country Club and is going on since then. We must plan and implement way to improve this.
