Its about Black Money.
Make a policy like all people have to one chance to convert his black money to white money like this way.
They have to give half of black money to goverment and rest half keep in goverment bank which can be used by government and if it is used then gov. will paid interest.
Easy solution of Black money.

Though I am a Government official, I have been promoting Minimising the Government by using Technology in a big way, but only after eliminating lots of departments, Rules, Processes etc. My latest paper is about use of Aadhaar based authentication (eKYC) to dramatically alter the ways G2C services are delivered. Read my paper on http://www.egovernance.guru/wp-content/uploads/publications/papers/escaping-the-dementors-paper-by-rajesh-aggarwal.pdf

HI PMO,' I'm working in a leading IT company. And it is one of the biggest revenue generating industry in India. But there is one serious issue that almost 90% people face in this industry. There is a bond period in most of the IT companies. Although bonded labour has been abolished in India but there still remains bonded working in one of the most advanced fields of working. If you'll do a very basic research on this topic then you will find lakhs of employees suffer due to a notice period that varies from 2-3 months. It should never be more than 1 month at max, as there is no work which can take more than 1 month of time to be handed over. And in case a person is ready to quit the company even after paying amount, it is upto the sole discretion of management whether he can leave or has to serve the whole notice period. The only motive here is that the person cannot find a better opportunity as most future employers don't wait for 3 months for employees and hence a person has to stay in the same company whether he likes it or not, even if his work environment is the worst in the whole world but he gets stuck there. Shouldn't it be a norm that anyone can leave anytime( giving 30 days notice period), so the employers feel that they need to improve their working environment so that employees want to stay there. The difference between Google & Indian IT companies is this only. They provide a very very good environment for thyeir employees to work but Indian companies( I won't take names but you can see for yourself on glassdoor) provide a torturing work place. How can anyone excell in such bad working conditions and on top of that having a bond or prolonged notice period that forces them to suffer in the same work environment against their wishes even if they want to get out of it desperately. So, it is a request from me, on behalf of all the millions of IT employees that you please look into this issue.

Dear Mr. Nitin Gadkari an Mr. Narendra Modi ji - The state of RTO offices is very poor including the online booking system dimtspay.in.. Why dont government certify their office and processes with a leading ISO certification companies.. It is really important. The services extended are so poor in executing and online systems never work and seems like no one reviews the complaints etc. https://www.facebook.com/kshitijarya/posts/10152763268302092
