The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

There is a good assessment system in gujarat. but when a visitors comes to the school,he checks the students by asking him questions about their knowledge and understanding but they d doesn't check the behavioural changes and other things in students. ther is one rachanatma mulyakan sheet.. but no visotor check that sheet.. they only check the marks of the students in different subjects...

In all aspects of life, irrelevant of our age or profession, we must maintain perfect balance in Mind, Body and Spirit to have Health. This equally applies to Nations. Sincerity to all. Kindness, compassion at all times. Non Judgemental. These qualities will facilitate you to over achieve. Sadly they are NOT taught in the educational system. These virtues instill creativity in ones mind. Scrap all TV. Let children play traditional games. Experiment with magnets, etc.

My opinion is 1. We have to be very clear in Assessment process - it should be more in creative and hands on 2.Less importance to writing exams - that can be internals 3. Creative project work can be given - Creative one should be recognized and awarded Why i emphasis on creativity here means while doing the skill development courses . we will really have good students who can be identified as a entrepreneur of the future. So i suggest more scope on creativity in assessment
