The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Can we make skilled young for dealing with legal aspects of daily life because in our country still now after 75 years of independence justice is expensive and difficult for poor and ordinary persons.

I Want to suggest that online exam should be prepared and some general objectives question answer its my opinion and skill development test should be nessarry .. Moke test interview should be provide by govt of india make one agency for it to prepre and ensure ..future theire should be a commitee under the pmo they look and follow the nessarry step and implementation. One more thing due to covid ÷19 many people loses theire job govt should provide the sheme of job with theire education .

Make 2 parts in AAs bid 1. Financial part 2. Technical or skill part If part 1 is not satisfied then bid to be rejected without opening part 2 This will help to screen the bidders and to check their competitiveness

Why some persons post copied posts on this forum. It shall be known that now there are technologies available to detect the copied posts. Do they think they will get recognition from the Admin of #MyGov on the basis of copied posts? In my opinion, on this platform understanding the intent of discussion and uniqueness of suggestions related to discussion shall only matter. Increasing the points by useless comments also may not matter as these identified.
