The system should restrict viewing of the document without authorisation by the owner. If i have a digital locker linked to my adhaar, then anyone having my adhaar number ahould not be able to access my docs. It should be like adding beneficiery for online banking. I must add a particular person in order to authorise him for accessing the docs and the time for which it will be visible to him. Saving, downloading, right click etc should be restricted.

As per me locker should attached to Adhar card.

All degree and information should be served in two form which are issued new. One in digital form and another in soft form which must be kept in custody of NIC and that particular institution to check no fraud later.

Exactly like system adopted for registration in Gujarat in that on marriage certificate QR code is printed one can simply scan it and it will take you to organisation site where one can check the same about originality of document.

I think for all the documents submissions there should be option for the link submission of digital locker.

मोदीजी स्वच्छता अभियान नहीं स्वच्छता कानून लाईये, लोग आज भी सिर्फ चारदीवारी को ही अपना घर समझते हे देश को नहीं ! हमारा देश सुन्दरता के मामले में यूरोप, आस्ट्रेलिया या स्विट्जरलैंड से कम नहीं हे लेकिन लोग अपनी आदते नहीं बदलने वाले हे इसलिए कानून जरुरी हे -
१- यदि अनपढ़ उल्लंघन करे तो ३ चेतावनी देकर छोड़ दे
२- यदि ५ वी पास गन्दगी करता पाया जाये तो १०० रु दंड
३ - यदि १० वी पास कानून तोड़े तो ५०० रु दंड
और भी मापदंड बनाये जा सकते हे ! यदि सुविधओ के अभाव में गंदगी हो तो सम्बंधित निकाय को दण्डित

It's one of the good & innovative measure taken by the Govt. of India. Not only linking of the aadhar will help the digital locker become secure but we have to take help of other aspects also so as to help protect the important data's of an individual that he/she will store there. Digitally signed signatures,verified mobile numbers,scanned thumb impressions can be used to protect them . Linking of bank account,pan details etc will also help control the flow of illegal funding.

First of all main problem is here faced by me is a long process for registration if u consider mine in that i had to first add aadhar no but my phone no is not correct so i had to redraw the procedure for getting it correct then the next one problem i will soon let you know
