SIR,GIVE ASSIGNMENT TO ISRO SCIENTIST TO MAKE SMALL AIR SATELLITE EXCLUSIVELY TO IMPROVE MOBILE AND INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. SAME CAN REPLACE DISPUTED TOWER,SO ALSO ISRO CAN CHARGE RENT ON MAINTENANCE, IF SUCCESSFUL IT WILL GENERATE HUGE PROFIT TO ISRO NETWORK SERVICES.
Adhara card no should be made mandatory while police complaint with limited excess to department, interlink facility to make online complaint in case of mobile lost.Detail about rented house with photograph of tenant with inward, outward date and time,interlink bio data 0fculprit or social behavior in-cases of guilty. Majority don't use of computer so permit private agencies like PCO booth in every village to download details,OR verification OR CERTIFICATE with fixed service charge.
Educational details should be more robust so that can be verified by institutions
sir,personal detail about land paper,investment,policies,certificate can be download in digital locker with authorize online sign up for personal requirement. but if certificates,land paper made government approved, some mechanism to verify truth or certification of documents for sale etc.under Adhara number or dg locker we need to issue prepaid money card,in case of emergency only card no should get excess in railways,airport,or bank with bio matrix identification.
Digital Locker is one of the fine initiative by the Indian Government. If it provides wider space (i.e, MIN 500 MB) to store all over important documents like mark sheets, bonds, ID proofs etc., it will be even more good. Also, as one of the other members suggested, the mobile based application to upload / download docs will help more with the fine authentication.
sir.everybody needs to open digital locker but problem is coming to person where, when he goes to open a digital locker then, it requires mobile no. which should be updated with adhar. when a person goes to update adhar,there is no provision of update of adhar by online. when update of adhar will be available online, then more people will use this facility.
sir,very innovative step as many suggested,since Adhara card is main base we need to strengthen its security from hacker,R & D with 24 hours helpline,frame rule & regulation for safety of data & clarity about who can view other than subscriber,make dept authorization for such log in,interlink detail about authorize viewer.all such solution need good connectivity that we don't get,we more tower or isro should come out with some innovative solution to upgrade for uninterrupted connectivity.
