2/3 way Authentication

Digital Locker there is need of back up facility anytime while any user deletes any document he can be able to recover from the storage . There can be nomination facility encase any user kept his/her confidential document but he met with any kind of natural or unnatural accident and died so in that case that nominated person can be able to recover those documents from the digital locker or it can have joint locker facility as we have in banks .

Locker should be two way Authentication and there should be lock on individual categories inside the locker.

Uploaded documents should be shared for read only communication based on specific Id and Code generation.

More number of White hackers must be employed in government organisations to check the security of their data ..

1. There should not be multiple ways of accessing the locker otherwise it may get hacked easily.
2. An independent committee/department must be created under central govt. to look over activities of DigiLocker.
3. Care must be taken that the doc shared with different agencies or organisations are not misused or passed to any third party.
4. Best cyber security professionals must be employed.
5. All documents submitted must be verified

The self uploaded degree scanned certificates of the registered digital locker account holders to officially verify digitally from the respective states recognized universities.This type of online digital verification will be very useful to track fake documentation .

The uploaded self scanned documents of registered digital locker account holder may please verify officially through electronically from the respective department, such RTO, Election commissioner of the respective states and Income tax department for online digital verification of uploaded PAN card.This will very useful to curb fake documents and in case of fake document issue the legal notice to the respective digital locker account holder through www.digitallocker.gov.in .
