I am very much agree with Shri Abhishek Bhattacharya regarding a strong Indian Server for Digital India Project.Also want to suggest that Every Indian Citizen should be provided with a mail service on Indian Server so that Security Issues will be less( No need to rely on Gmail etc i.e.American Server.The appropriate laws shall be constituted with respect to data security at the earliest.
If these points are already Taken care of then These Points shall be Shared with all.
if government is going to apply ppp model for e-locker, so the private company involved it.
They can know of our private data.
I want to ask question?
when is e-locker is created? who is host that system? Who handle all data of users?
if data is stolen? What is law for the Criminals?
Make A strongest server (made in INDIA) to protect the locker from incoming threats from cyber world and also to provide master security to the entire documents stored in the locker. Like a cloud computing any one can access one's document anywhere anytime through the locker. Make it Chargeable with the very nominal annual subscription.

The purpose of the scheme will be fully accomplished only when the citizens in the villages can also avail the same.
