At first all teachers should be trained to use computer and update themselves with modern digitalization. And they will train a large number of students.

Sir, DIGITAL LOCKER idea is very fentastic and is very useful to general public. Actually, when I want to open it, it says that my mobile number is to be linked up with AADHAAR Card. Though I have given my mobile number at the time of enrolment of Aadhaar card, it seems it is not linked up with Aadhaar card and hence, I could not able to go through with Digital Locker. Pl. advise me as to how can I link up my mobile with Aadhaar. My mobile No.is 9966066500 and my Aadhar card No.935681663975

Digital Locker should also have an associated secure repository 'Demat Account' where Govt/University/Tax dept/Property dept/Postal dept/Passport etc. can upload (one-way only) their issued documents e.g. Property papers, 7/12 extracts, educational certificates, National Savings Certificates or Deposit receipts, copy of issued PAN card, passport etc.

Since emails can be easily wiretapped/sniffed, sharing must be through encrypted tunnels only with authorized agencies (e.g. Banks/Financial institutes, Universities/Schools, Passport office, employment exchange, telecom / gas / electricity companies etc) who sign confidentiality and indemnification agreements with Govt. to protect confidential User data.

इससे ई गव्हर्ननेंस इफेक्टीव और जल्द काम करने वाली होगी । और सबसे एहम बात की पर्यावरण का रक्षण भी जाते जाते कुछ हद तक हो जाएगा ।
इस डीजीटल लॉकर के साथ आप आधार कार्ड के नंबर से जोड देंगे तो अलग पहचान बनानी भी जरुरी नही पडेगी ।

एैसी बात का प्रबंध करना चाहीए । डिजीटल लॉकर का एक युनीक आय डी भी होना चाहीए । जो आय डी लिखने पर डिजीटल लॉकर के दस्तावेज खाली देखे जा सकेंगे । जो लायसन्स देनेवाला अधिकारी हो या बँक में खाता खोलनेवाला हो उसकी पुष्ठी कर सकेगा । Part 3/4
