India has enough medal winners to chose from to man the posts of sports organisations. Tenures should be short and well spaced. No non-sportsperson should be allowed at the top levels of the organisation.
First sports and games should be made mandatory in every school and college...there are many poor sportsmen for whom there is proper facilities. They should be encouraged.Selections should be take place in order of stages from district to national. The members of sports federations should be experienced sportsman in particular field.
good governance means assigning few aged person who don't even know what the game is,they are there because they were on some high post.why don't you follow the IT industry administration which is totally online every time status can be known and try to hand it over these kind of work to talented people from the sports only.
These organisation should be run like industry not as societiesor Federations . Remove all the top people infuse young group no officer of any cadre should have tenure of more than 2 years in the organisation and with no way to come back to serve he or she should have background of that particular sport with certificates of atleast National level to show. Pvt.
budget of every game should be equally distributed, govt gives ms dhoni 1cr whereas our hockey team gets 20000 rs..so it should be mandatory that the amount would be equally distributed to promote other sports as well
har district me .......ho sake to tehsil me .....telent search krne ke liye....purane khiladiyo kiteam bna kr unhe bheja jaye......vha camp lga jaye..
sir mostly sabhi states mein cricket associations pr politicians ka kabza kyun hai.....?
is it a profit making organization for them...?
jin logon nai kabhi bat bol ya kabhi hockey pakad k ni dekhi aaj wo log players ka future decide krte hein
