At my village lot of youngsters wish to play for "District/State Level", but because of "No Source" they never been able to qualify for selection. For e.g. At Varanasi; we are having "Singh Sisters" (volleyball team). hello Sir/mam i have an idea to ensure transparency and good governance in india. In india there is also a problem which effect the transparency that is " Correption " it also help to reduce the correption.

First of all needs to combine all Indian sport association under group. So money of reach association can be used help poor association.
Secondly, Appoint only related sport person to the related sports as a chief. Politicians who already enjoy one post like MP/MLA/Minister or any other post in active politics must not be allowed in sport federation even though he/she is sportsperson.
Set Up equal salary to each person according to achievement and irrespective of sport he/she played.

People dont have hope now, on Modi ji's ability to deliver transparency, good governance, in view of his handling of issues of KISSAN (removing consent from land bill, continous suicides) and JAWAN (non-implementation of one-rank-one-pension, non-availability of proper arms/ammunitions to sustain double war with pak, china). Officers surrounding Modi ji in PMO will not allow him to do anything radical, for ordinary citizens. Sports is very low in priority for corruption affected citizens.
