Dear PM, please help Dr.Ramakrishnan Madhusoodanan, a pioneering researcher in the field of HIV/AIDS. He is capable of curing HIV. Unfortunately, Govt of India is not supporting him at all! Sir, over the last decade awareness of HIV has increased. Some states, like Tamil Nadu, have made significant strides in decreasing the number of new cases by aggressively testing targeted high risk groups along with follow up medical care. It is essential to co-opt voluntary organisations to reach out to the community, to remove the stigma of the affliction and coerce them into getting tested & treated. Support groups of positive people, like in AA, should be started by local governments.

All Alcoholics, Drug intakers, should be scanned. Population should be shown black aspects of diseased on Electronic Media, Print Media. We should give morality based education. All Sea workers should be screened regularly.

For Improving DRUGs issue, we need to modify our education system which was corrupted by MaCaulay. We need to add values in our education system. Education is not only about to get a job but to lead healthy and peaceful life(missing in our Education System). Go back to Vedic ways of learning and not for just earning money.
