IITB and IISc should develop this technology further and bring it to the market.

A major problem is the quality of students in research in India. The standards in undergraduate programs (IITs, NITs) are very good, but the same cannot be said about PG programs. It suffers because of lack of funding, resources and thus, motivates students to move abroad for PhD & Masters.
