The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Can't it be possible to develop the Neodymium which can alter the entire technological segments? If the product is set it can change the world of electronics, energy, health and even the economical stages too....

INUP can be extended to all state recognised government or private colleges for easy reach to innovators who may be financially not reach to far off places for submitting his innovative ideas which can be given random numbers for unbiased selection process.

Both IITs should be equipped with Facility of “Microarray” as a part of Nano technology, Scope is limited but effect is broad. This will also help in study of Major disease like: Leukemia, AIDS etc. There should be major role in for development of Microarray in low price, as we also have big tag of Mars Victory in low price. So that we can celebrate this with all members of India by having their own “Microarray”.

Nano tech can be used for multitasking cards like Debit cards. We can avoid carrying six cards in wallet. If we properly digitize, the same card (let's call it "India card") can pay bus fare, train fare, taxi fare at taxes. Nano tech must ensure that this card can't be used for forceful extortion. A deactivation code should be available.

Aadhar number should be given to a child at the time of his/her birth registration and it should be extension of pin code of his birth place like 110001_0123456789, it help us to find out the child/man actually from where. The number should be compulsory everywhere . "Aadmi nam se nahi Number se Jana jai" If we give the number at the time of birth we no need to Any extra expenses it should be helpful to save money.

Mr. PM - being an Electrical Engineer and an inventor - I know what it takes to up the development of skills for students and making them well versed in technology by giving them more hands on and conceptual knowledge rather than theory based knowledge. Students in the US know the concepts In-and-out which is why they are superior in producing innovative products. Our education system is so theory based that it rarely gives an opportunity for students to think.

R&D Lab on NANO technology will help to boost the electronic field as many Indian researcher working abroad on this field. They working abroad & making those nation upgrade but due to no facility in our soil we lagging of this technology. Nano Technology will help to prevent train/metro/monorail accident accurately, can give accurate information about weather which will help farmers, it also can used to boost our security and prevent terrorism activity, improve our satellite based system&services
