The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Nano Technology facility is a new developing concept in developed countries. With certain composition of material mix, with relatively very less quantities, excellent results are arrived. For maintaining super heater temperatures in super critical boiler tubes, metallurgical development is the main constraint for going higher capacity steam turbines. I hope chances are there for solving this type of problem with Nano Technology. This can be extended for other IITs, NITs and interested.

Normally we oppose for death penalty in India for any kind of case. as per my opinion It should be exception for only one case type.. that is for corruption criminals..

Yes ! one murder criminal can kill only one person or few....

but the Corruption Criminals kills the entire nation....

If we give the death penal to corruption criminals ...our India will become like..

120crs peoples will get the assured jobs, foods, house and happy life..

and we can make the India as 'Clean India'

1. Section 246 shall be amended by restricting appellate authority to pass an order within stipulated time. For example within two years from the date of filling if case is not heard by giving reasonable opportunity at such times case shall be treated as allowed in favour of assessee. I am of opinion that this will build required amount of responsibility to finish of the case with in stipulated time before concerned appellate authority.

I would like to draw your attention towards income tax appeal module which is being followed presently. Appeals filed under section 246 of Indian Income Tax Act are pending for long time in few of cases. I specially refer to appeals connected to Karwar Income Tax Office. CIT appeal Mangalore post is vacant since long time and CIT from Bangalore is deputed for this post.

Honorable P.M. Sir, the most neglected topic in India is "Health".There are many loopholes in the existing health policies. We need to reform the norms for better health.
My suggestions would be-
1)National health policy for all citizens according to income tax slabs(Mandatory)
2)Support by government to smaller nursing homes & hospitals by government as it is the main supporting trunk of Indian healthcare system serving almost 90% population & providing employment.
Medical Tourism.

Cleanliness should first start first from Govt hospitals its in a worst condition, Railway station, Bus stand, Govt. offices, Police stations as there is a saying cleanliness starts from home so for govt their homes starts in all govt offices. There should be bust bins kept every 1/2 km so people will not throw garbages anywhere but will drop it in bust bins. Now we cannot find any dustbins even in every 100 km.First step is dust bins, 2nd clean govt offices, hospitals, police stations etc
