The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

I have seen that often government authorities come to demolish the illegal construction of a person. Is Citizen is only responsible person who have make illegal construction.. certainly not. Govt authorities are also responsible for this who are taking salary from public funds to stop such construction. This habit adds to corruption. As per my suggestion is such construction is to be demolished, at least 50% of such cost must be given to owner and this must be recovered from concerned govt Emp.

Deforestation is fast emerging as a serious threat to the ecology of earth and living creatures. It is therefore suggested that tree plantation should be taken on National level and makes it mandatory that each citizen of country plant one sampling and take the responsibility of watering it and nurturing it A scheme in this effect could be introduced in school such that when one child is admitted in 1st Class a sampling in his name. A National level Plant sampling required and prizes given.

Develop LOW COST diagnostic centres across all urban areas by PUBLIC HEALTH SECTOR. They can be managed by professional body similar to PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS.

It is learnt that nearly one lakh people in India are killed in India every year due to road accidents and due to lack of safety awareness while commuting on roads. Many roads do not have footpath and pavements to walk on. The pedestrians are forced to walk on the roads at night and on broad day light which result in over run by the speeding vehicles. I request upon the Government to make it mandatory all the highway / roads should have footpath and pavements for pedestrian to walk safely.

Kendriya Vidhyala are considered to be best schools in the country BUT they are government schools.
I think govt of India and state government should develop similar model schools or revamp schools to KV schools standards then PRIVATE schools automatically close down and can have affordable education system in INDIA.
PRIVATIZATION OF SERVICE SECTORS SUCH HEALTH AND EDUCATION WILL NEVER be solution. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE .

Hi, I have a concern here. The society/public in small town, villages can manage to place multiple dustbins in every 100 meter.
But the real concern is that there is no proper system who will throw these bins at right place and on regular time.
Basically waste management should be well planned in each and every city.
It has to also include to initiate the process of recycling using the concept of keeping the dry/wet waste separately.
Please advise how gov is going to organise these system.
