Introduce handloom products in CSD (Army) canteens. This will create a market for them. also, substitute other products with handloom for Fair Trade export.

I hope u will take positive action on it
First of all, support the handloom communities financially and morally. Next allot a department or else a official team which looks after their activities. Create a brand image for handlooms like other brands such as Raymond , in terms of styling, promoting, selling (one idea is to do like what micromax did,in case of yureka). Assure it's an Indian product(quality product) Bring awareness among the people. Involve youth.
We can promote hadlooms in social sit by providing the texture them increase the interest of people.

Training these weavers for skill development under National Skill Development program could be one of the options to address quality issue
