Basic resource and opportunity for growth are not existing in rural area which is causing the migration of youth in urban area so in village we have to develop infrastructure to stop this migration .
Sir I have a suggestion that when any survey would going to be start.... you should hire the educated and unemployed young boys and girls for doing this rather then any govt. employee....
For example, Govt. give the duty of CENSUS to govt. school teacher of that area... he or she do their work but they did not want to do that every teacher said that I am tired of all these extra work.other then any Govt. teacher you can hire an Educated Girl or Boy of that area for this,he will happily do this
bat yadi ham niche tabke se kare to job aasani se paida ki ja sakti hai.jaise rural development ki awdharna me badlav lana hoga kyoki suruwat jarh se karna hoga har panchait/block office shetra me gramin krishi shetra se sambandhit udyam food prosesing mashroom, jaise anya utpad hetu yuwao ka chayan kar rojgar hetu suwidha muhaiya karana awam bank loan etyadi karna chahiye taki govt job se moh bhang ho sake pvt job ki taraf dhyan jawe
Brain Drain will stop once the opportunities to earn money with utilizing the Talent of an individual. This can happen when we can make good entrepreneurs out of our youth. We should encourage students to take up more jobs in Start ups or provide an environment to Start a venture on their own. http://swarajyamag.com/biz/out-of-college-into-start-ups/ Its already happening , All it needs is a boost from the state.
Brain drain:
It will stop when the Value of INR becomes close to Dollars if not Euros. Most of our bright minds shift to UK because of better opportunities and better money. They day these are available in India will be the day when brain drain from our country stops.
