Ideas to reduce diversion in LPG & Kerosene

A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. ...
An easy way would be to bring in technology! And try and develop rfid based access for each cylinder to the owners stove! Involves a one time cost, but would totally eliminate the mid-use of LPG by others!
As for Kerosene, remove middle men and provide ATM where beneficiaries can claim their share of subsidized kerosene using their cards. #lpg #kerosene
The government taxation policy on petroleum products has to be different depending on the crude imported. As I know there is an economical way for distilling heavy and light crude. The Exicse duty on new vehicles should be changed depending on crude being imported as a country. This is to promote diesel or petrol vehicles. To take out lpg ,kerosene economicaly a particular grade of crude May be required. The point is refinaries have be comfortable producing products economicaly based on tax.
Sir,
Even if the instituted mechanism been implemented religiously, the diversion would come down drastically.
Despite there being system to check its diversion, we've been seeing domestic LPG Cylinders being used in commercial installations like Dhaba,Hotels,Halwai etc.in every nook & corner of each locality.
I suggest a system with OTP based delivery of domestic subsidized LPG cylinders to strengthen UID based subsidy management. It'll restrict Agency/Delivery-man to sell LPG elsewhere.
1)Do not subsidised to income tax payee.2)I am from village ,In rural area those who are realy poor they doesn,t awair @ gascylender now times come to survey those people and gives them connection and subsidy on gas every farmers do not reqd subsidy.
sir
Their must be Reduce IN LPG PRISES
THERE IS NO NEED OF SUBSIDY......
NOW 3 T 5 TIMES HIGH PRISE IS SOLD BY GOVT LPG
First, there is no need to give LPG subsidy. Both LPG n kerosene are redirected to non-cooking purposes, thereby undermining the subsidy. The poorest among the people of India do not use LPG/kerosene. They use wood or cow-dunk. India being a tropical country, we have ample sunlight to harvest. Cooking doesn't need storage of energy. Some low-cost technology to tap solar energy to heat for cooking can be invented without much difficulty.
ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO STOP SUBSIDY AND PUT LPG AND KEROSENE AT NON PDS KEROSENE/LPG PRICE.
AND FOR POOR IT SHOULD BE REFUNDED TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT.FOR LPG IT IS IMPLEMENTED BUT IN KEROSENE IT SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATLY.
Blue dye is used as marker to identify PDS kerosene and to identify it easily if used in other applications. Now since we have launched DBT scheme for kerosene also, there is no need to use this marker in identified areas where DBT scheme is launched. As such marker should be withdrawn from such market to achieve savings.
First find an alternative of LPG & Kerosene. That alternative should be cheaper than LPG & Kerosene.
to distribute kerosene mobile/fixed atm like petrol pump or pouch with proper authentication card
