Bring awareness about the safety in handling the Gas products. LPG connections can be mandated with PAN Card & Aadhar Card. Request consumers to buy cylinder in PDS stores/ Gas dealers at market rate. Subsidy can be given with a marginal Income declaration for that family and later that can be verified through PAN Card. Centralized bill for all states including delivery charges, delivery boy tip should be printed on the bill. Audit the Gas agencies/distributors periodically for quality.

Remove all subsidies completely . Most of the money used in subsidy disappears in corruption . The poor are the one who are in real need , so give the cash direct keeping in mind the cost of products in market . India is ravaged with corruption , this is one step to close the loop in this sector

In my childhood, there were Gobar Gas plants in most of villages. Some working, some not. However, cattle dung (and human excretion) is a valuable source of energy. Unfortunately, now it is not in the energy map of India. True, these may not be source of commercial energy but if proper R&D is done, it may be a source of energy as well as a method of Swakchata (cleanness) in villages.

Every gas cylinder moving from factory to the consumer should be bar-coded and can be tracked in real time. Every cylinder dispatched to the distributor should be tracked against a valid booking. The Consumer should be able to track the cylinder using tracking APP. Cylinder should be made of transparent material.

Get commercial buildings and housing societies and higher income bracket citizenz to set up gas banks with LPG bullets. That way there will be savings on filling 14.2 kg cylinders, transporting them. Rs 18 spent on filling and delivering each cylinder. Saves on your diesel fuel too in distribution. Give the bulk distribution to ex-servicemen or policemen. Less cylinders, less scope for diversion.

Stop giving free car, petrol, diesel, telephone connection, flight tickets, train & bus tickets, cylinder to all MP's, MLA's, (We have around 5000 MLA, 700 MP's and thousands of IAS, IPS, IFS). THis will save huge money to the government. They are also working like a CEO or Director of a private firm then why should they get all facilities free of cost. Do they stop corruption just because they are getting everything free of cost ?.
