Sir the subsidy of LPG and kerosene should be given in the bank because any person who needs only six LPG in year there are three LPG remains of that person but the gas agencyholder give that three lpg to another person by black he receive more money by doing that type of trade in this case the government gives subsidy to that three LPG in this case there is los of government also government should look for the solar energy it should be subsidies more than fifty percent

Method of fixing of two prices for LPG and Kerosene; subsidized and non-subsidized, is not logical. The best way is to fix two prices for domestic and commercial and reduce subsidy burden by marginal increase in prices, to reduce diversion of LPG & Kerosene to commercial. The best way is to abolish this system of two prices for subsidized and non-subsidized, rather Govt. should fixed two prices, i.e. for domestic and commercial and subsidy should be provided to oil company, instead of consumers.

To reduce diversion, here are my suggestions:
1. Whenever account holder cylinder is delivered, send an sms/email.
2. Send a monthly or quarterly or six monthly or yearly statement.
3. Any account holder who sees, extra cylinder out from his account and make a complaint.
4. There should be centralized software, so that dealer don't have control in delivery/sending sms/statements.
5. Direct subsidy transfer is very good way too.
6. Compulsory moral education throughout the school.
7. Puni

If the normal price is 100 & subsidised price is 33 MODIFY the same to ONE single price @70. Make the product available @70 all the time. This will put an END to MISUSE. As there will be NO double price to indulge in BLACK MARKETING. Wish you ALL the BEST.

Stop providing gas in cylinder's . Provides gas in pipe line . It will cost effective. It will reduce black market and also it will cost effective coz no one can sale the subsidy celendar. Stop the usage of kerosene in cities where the gas can easily reached . Just provide that in rural area.

We need to bring down the usage of lpg and kerosene by encouraging alternate NCE, by encourging solar heater, this can be reduced a lot.further the lpg distribution should be pipelined to coustomers where ever possible. This will help a lot to reduce black marketing and save tax payers money.
