A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

Ban or restrict electricity generator run by lpg and kerosene Encourage solar cooker ,pannel etc by subsidising using money subsidised for lpg and kerosine Actual subsidy should be transparent in auditing.It should exclude all taxes levied Giving clean water,pollution free air and environment should be the priority than missusing subsidies

we can give out low price battery powered induction cooker for poor people with shoes which can produce electricity with the help of piezo electric disk 6-bl-4c battery(3 each shoe) the total cost approx on small scale(25 pieces) will be rs.2000(max per piece)

केरोसिन की कालाबाज़ारी रोकने का एक ही तरीका है फ़र्ज़ी राशन कार्डो को निरस्त किया जाये ,क्योंकि देश में आधे राशन कार्ड फर्जी है।और इसके लिए पूरी राशन प्रणाली को बायोमेट्रिक प्रणाली से जोड़ना होगा ।एक बात देखने में आई है कोई भी अमीर आदमी घर के इस्तेमाल के लिए केरोसिन नहीं लेता और न ही उसको जरुरत है ।इसकी कालाबाज़ारी डिपो से ही होती है ।जो थोक के भाव बड़ी मात्रा में पेट्रोल पम्पो को और फॅक्टरियो में सप्लाई होता है ।इतना तय है की बायोमेट्रिक लगाने का खर्चा सर्कार का एक साल में ही निकल आएगा ।

Dear Sir, The topic is "Optimum Use of Cars". Generally single person is seen travelling in five seats car while plying to office, hence spending five times. Internet or some agencies should help in forming the groups for the persons having homes and offices, both almost at common places. Government should order at all toll plazas to mention no. of occupants also on the receipt. Monthly data will reveal the occupancy of the cars. Counselling with shortlisted should be done to promote occupancy.

With pmjy scheme almost all household will have bank account and debit card.all transactions for lpg booking has to be done thru card machine swipe which will have double benefits. 1.all cash is routed directly into banks, there by reducing cash usage and bribe. 2) fake notes will get reduced and circulation of cash happens maximum in gas agencies, petrol bunks, liquor shops and public transports. This wud be the first step towards clean India drive.

The best is to pay subsidies to adhar or the recently introduced Dhan Yojana bank accounts. There are lot of people who hold more than one connection on different aaddresses. It would be prodeductive to ask all connecton holders to register Adhar no. or dhan yogan bank a/c nos even if they dont want direct payment. Penalise the retail agecy if they have connection with out these No.after a set date after actual verification. action should be with out any discremination.

Aap ke hath me adhikaar hai,officers bhi hai toh adesh deejiye apne officers aur state government ko, ki vo field me jaye,raid keejiye. Field officer A/C room me baithenge toh kuch bhi patha nahi lagega.

Depositing the subsidy amount in the account directly along with a cap on the usage on number of cylinders is the best method. We already have this but the only hurdle is the enforcement in an efficient way. With Jan Dhan Yojna every person will be able to take the benefit of direct deposition of subsidy in the account. We are very much aware where the cylinders are used illegally but due to the lack of action it is still thriving. Enforcement is the key to curtail the illegal usage & wastage.
