The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Namaskar !! There is one thing which I would like to address here, As we all know that all the drugs which is being used in our country, like Gutka, Ciggrette and Alcohal should be banned strictly in the country. Apart from health issues it increases the crime rate in India. In short, it can help us in three major concern - Crime in the country, economy of country and health of our citizen. Jai Hind.Jai Bharat.

shri narendra bhai modiji i heartily congratulate you for taking initiative on drugs menace. here are some of my suggestion : 1. increase the number generic medical stores across country starting from govt hospitals and make sure they are functioning properly. 2. stop students getting mbbs seats based on caste quota and money 3. sincerely support ALTERNATIVE MEDICAL SYSTEM LIKE ACUPUNCTURE, YOGA , AYURVEDA, HOMEOPATHY, REKHI AND OTHERS WHICH CAN BE ALTERNATIVE TO ALOPATHY

We all know about Radical islamist organization like-jamat, Revival of islamic Heritage[RIH],JMS[jamat-mamata-sarada] all they have been responsible for funding to madrassa terror .We know about How the Trinamool MP & ministers r involve with the jamat terrorist and had funding to them through the sarada chit fund poor,s people money.................But when NSA Chief Mr.Ajit Doval already handed over the necessary report to our mujahiddin CM ..then How cld we expect the real Indian & sarada suffered people will get right justice .....? Central Govt. shld feel tht Bengal had become a breeding ground for terrorist & all madrassa at Bengal had directly or indirectly involve anti national activities by the help of TMC[or JMS]..This is too harmful for the nation .Central can say[as well as our PM also] tht all Indian muslim loved their country, but when I listened tht 15 muslim youths from Hyderabad including some Engineering students ware caught in West Bengal in Sept/14 while they ware allegedly on their way to join ISIS...........can u believe md .israil mian , age 54 from Kaliachak..Anantapur.Malda,West Bengal has 37 children,s .When I asked to him ..he proudly said "only bcoz imam of local mosque had advice to him"................... Central Govt. & We shld indentifying muslim pigs families having 3 or more children .Shld ban them form all the social subsidiary facilities ,acquisition their farming land or others assets ..Also shld charge monthly wise to them as penalty or compensation on each excess pigs produce ..... 2ndly , shld ban all the recognized and unrecognized madrassa ..As I think the real Indian need not necessary to read Urdu or Arabic .Real Indian can use to clean their toilet & urine by the urdu or arabic page and paper...We can use these madrassa building as RSS school after completely renovation & structural change ........ Only Hindu r not committed to maintain Humanism ,Peace & secularism like expert ,educationalist & social activities view.If needed then Hindu can remove their head from their body which Israel did with the palestian muslim pigs...............

Sir, Firstly let me Salute you. It is our credit you being our Prime Minister With a vision for tomorrow 's India. My Main Concern is towards our culture and we are rapidly losing the same in the recent past. Dress codes for each Holy shrines across India must be implemented (Similar to TTD had inducted recently) and they are the places of worship and we can't afford to see our brothers and sisters dressed differently. I hope and pray that you & your team will look into this. Vande Mataram

All doctors and midwives at district level should have compulsory neonatal advance life saving (NALS) techniques and this has to be updated every 3 yrs. The skill is a must for the people who are responsible for care of newborns. I am a neonatologist and paediatrician from Australia and have worked in many reputed hospitals in India and Australia. I am happy to be involved in formulating a feasible training programme.
