The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Amount of money which Indians spend on education abroad can be brought back to India, if we have World class institutions in our country itself. There is no incentive in our country for R&D in research. We will have to incentivese higher study if we want growth to be sustainable. This is my humble request to you that please look into it personally because we don't trust anyone except you.

Sir, If you are honestly want to make India super power and manufacturing hub then the first focus should be education. Situation of education is worst in this country. We don't have even a single university in top-100 in the world. You will have to start a dedicated program on this issue as well like Swachh Bharat Mission and Jan Dhan Yojana. If we have to build a dream country then focus must be given to human skill development. We have to have World class infrastructure in Education.

I highly appreciate each step taken by recent government. These steps are positive. Prime Minister of India is coming closer to people and now visible - taking actions. Although we all are working for welfare of humans. Have we ever thought that, animals and Birds do have same rights as humans. What are our plans for them OR we want this India only for humans. I feel proud that I run a small BIRD HOSPITAL "Aashray" at my home and I am happy with my contribution. Pl think for Animals and Birds.

Sir, India is a place with lots of culture and heritage. A place where every one would love to visit before they die. We have a lot of foreign tourism, people from all the nook and corner visit to view the beauty and creations of our motherland. But are we maintaining the beauty it once had? I have been to some of the places in India rich with monuments, but the one thing that makes my heart cry with pain is the way the way its been spoiled because of people writing and scribbling on its walls.

Hon'ble Sir, your views of India Development are greatly appreciated. "To make in India", micro and small industry must join in and contribute as ancillaries to large, we must be self dependant, Chinese import should end, banks to provide loans at low ROI to set up factories, Industrial land must be used for industry, Pls introduce a relaxed taxation system. Swipe out Excise and Inspectors. Businessman should not be treated as a thief. Honour him for contributing in the making of the nation.
