The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

I must congratulate you for launching Bharat Swachh Mission. It needs to be constantly monitored. Ongoing motivation of people is required.Likewise we need to save water and energy campaigns. People waste lot of water and electricity both at home, offices and other public places.

Respected sir, my question is, how to get rid of the menace from police department(traffic and crime)? Just to quote examples, traffic police who stands out daily next to my apartment on the busy main road, the person job is to stop all the trucks plying on the road during day time and taking hafta from the poor drivers. This also includes collecting daily hafta from street vendors(first they entertain the vendors to come on the foot paths and then they collect the wages daily from them) so the street vendors thinks it is legal to continue the business as they have paid to police. This inturn they are evading the tax.(you don't beleive some street vendors in urban areas are making more money than software engineers and it is tax free). I think swacha bharat starts from here by avoiding such mafia of encouraging street vendors who is blocking footpaths for pedestrians. This is not about individual but the system itself is corrupted and giving any compliant will not help.

We are planning as per todays situation for example traffic or drainage system. We build roads as per today's survey of vehicles coming out of showrooms. Again in 1 years time we start renovating them demolishing buildings, parks, lakes cutting trees etc. If we plan plan fir future that will save lot of money time and work. Same applies for drainage system its become worst when it rains and the municipality doesn't turn up. We need to bribe them to do their job. If this is sorted thats awesome.

we know very well that diseases are killing people.so i want the govt to take a proper step to make india free of diseases.Though the govt is taking part in healthcare of the people.I want to suggest that we can totally stop some disease if we put forward some effort.I mean to say it can be done only by the govt. For eg if the factories producing tobacco, alcohol etc is totally closed den many people will be saved. They will be saved directly from big diseases. The factories can be given another

If Government spent half the money of which they spent for researches in Modern medicine in ayurveda, there will be brilliant and amazing results. And there will be healthy people here. Cancer, Aids all are because we are forgetting and following a modern science which is developed recently.

The few simple solutions for ground level execution are 1. Better coordination between gynecologist, obstetrician and pediatrician without additional cost bearing on the patient- To ensure better case study and ANC 2. Rural and urban awareness campaigns to increase maternal+ family awareness of health risks- via social media, NGOs, street plays, pamphlet distribution in PHC, CHC, etc. 3. Exploring and researching the role of Ayurveda and other alternative sciences to strengthen the healthcare.
