The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

Just like Radio Taxis (Meru, Ola) etc, we should have the government create radio Ambulances.. Dispatch of Ambulances should be very strongly enabled by technology. This will result in saving many lives.. The states should own the architecture to support this set up

PM sir,in our country there is a scarcity of doctors in rural areas. As a result jholachhaps are taking wrong advantage and playing with precious lives of countrymen.I have a positive suggestion, there are lacs of unemployed registered pharmacists(B.Pharm&M.Pharm)who study allopathic Pharmacology,Medicinal chemistry,Anatomy&Pathophysiology, patient counselling etc. These registered pharmacists can serve the society as healthcare professional better than jholachhaps(if appointed in rural areas).

At present my concern is about "Swach Bharat Abhiyan",it should not turn up into a high profile glamorous media event. I request the PMO to review the developments and get update regarding this mission every two month rather than reviewing it on yearly basis. It should start from ground level. All "Aadhar Card" holders in India should compulsory be involved in this scheme.People having account in through "Pradhanmantri Jan-Dhan Yojna" too should be linked to this mission.

P.M.ji, we, Indians, are flabbergasted by your reform in the Indian Administrative System which was spoiled by the previous rulers bluntly following what the British had left. Please, P.M ji, have a look at our territorial Puducherry also which is marred by sea of Corruptions and bureaucrats neglecting the Aam Aadhmi and engaged only in fattening their bank balances. For, example, one IAS Officer, Shri Ragesh Chandra was involved in 2 CBI scanning and still he is left free to loot.

Hello sir, I appreciate your work. I am very disappointed that our govt is doing nothing for villagers, have you ever think why farmer's child don't want farming? even on your skill page I am not able to find anything related to agriculture. Sir they way you campaign during election and your rath reached each part of India, I want the same way you move a rath for farmers to teach them the govt schemes. So that they can use all the services provided by govt.
