Sir, In my opinion, there should one board/one reading material/one paper in our country.
Student from poor family should be provided boarding/ no reservation on basis of caste.Teacher selection & scale should be at par with civil service, to get best brain in teaching profession. Jai Hind

My reccomendations are.
Moral science must be included as a compulsory subject .
Govt. Teachers sud not be allowed take private tuition at homes of students.
The essence of cleanliness of oneself and the surrounding sud b incepted into the minds of students at a young age as per the broader policy of the Swach Bharat Mission.
and lastly for teachers , the teaching profession must be made a much sought after profession..

In the lower classes encourage students to speak their mind clearly concentrating on various emotions, language skills, reading skills. In the middle classes students should learn the information given to them and at higher levels, students have to find out the information themselves. Maths should be encouraged from the very beginning. Education should encourage analysis and drawing conclusions from any given data. Educations make people learn atleast 30000 words. Words are tools for thought.

Government should let each collage have a media unit using which the collages can create information video clips or audio clips or podcasts about various subjects for example cloud computing, blockchains etc. These videos will be reviewed by the university and uploaded on their websites which will encourage creativity and also keep people upto date on the latest developments and issues.

We don't want all the students to have similar strengths and similar weaknesses. We must encourage variety in what our people learn. If someone is good at design, some should be good at fabrication and some should be good at the economics of the product and some should be good at communicating about the ideas. Education is not be about finding winners and loosers instead it is be about grading the students on different skills and clearly let people know what it says about the peoples skills.
