Before we talk about quality of teachers and quality of students, Let us think about what happened to our Government schools. Why education is commercialised in India. All the government schools have lost its importance. The infrastructure, facility and teaching of govt educational institutions to be brought at par with private ones. MHRD funding to be withdrawn for private institutions. Students funded by government should work for India and return the fund in instalments for use of others.

1)Quality of Teaching/Teachers is a Big Issue in India. But why wait or India cannot wait for existing teachers to become better.Instead why not use tech like live video conferenc- ing or recorded video of a particular chapter/topic/course material by a Qualified QUALITY Teacher & zoom it across all classes of same standard all over India on a daily basis through a TV in each class. While the local teacher would act as a helper for students queries & receive QUALITY ON THE JOB TRAINING

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MBA AND PGDM SHOULD BE REMOVED. THE PGDM-AIMA ETC., OTHERWISE ARE NOT CONSIDERED BY UNIVERSITIES FOR FACULTY POSITIONS THOUGH THE PGDM CANDIDATES HAVE PHD QUALIFICATIONS. WHAT IS THE USE OF RECOGNITION BY AICTE/UGC. ONCE APPROVAL IS GIVEN THE QUALIFIED PGDM SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO APPLY FOR FACULTY POSITIONS OR APPEAR TO UGC-NET OR TO APPLY FOR FURTHER / HIGHER STUDIES. THE PGDM - AIMA IS NOT ACCEPTED BY UNIVERSITIES WHICH IS NOT FAIR.

All policy and machinery seems to go waste if u check the college lecture result where more than 50 candidates have become college lecturer by getting 8 and 11 marks out of 200 marks. The result is declared today by rpsc.gov.in. if govt is really serious to promot higher education first of cancell this result and declare with minimum marks like 50 or more. You can verify cut off of the marks from rpsc rajasthan govt site. Lets see how our highereducation goes with such lecturers.

Private medical college should be closed from immediate effect. In these colleges normally those gets admitted who are not talented but have lots of money. Which not only decreases the quality of medical personnel but also increases medical cost as pass out from collages try to recover their investment which increases medical cost.
