Being a tenth grader,I'd first ask you to completely do away with notes-because they're annoying and they don't help us learn at all. You could make practical classes important- right now, everything we're learning is theory, save our two practical classes per year. Introducing subject electives from 8th grade and different levels of each subject so that each child is taught according to their level will help (So weak students don't have to stress themselves keeping up with strong ones)

Common syllabus across India right from early stages of education. Emphasis on moral education, Indian history & freedom movement Ignite and identify the area of interest of each kid, support to continue in that field. No special status for particular disciplines. Common tests across India covering basics of underlined syllabus. Withdraw license to those colleges which fail to show below 60% & Special grants to those with >95% pass in National tests. Poverty & merit criteria for admision

Mentors should be those who must have passion in teaching and one more important thing knowledge..more important is that they should know how to teach....this will happen automatically if lifestyle and living conditions of teachers should be increased ..and should be best
