Being a tenth grader,I'd first ask you to completely do away with notes-because they're annoying and they don't help us learn at all. You could make practical classes important- right now, everything we're learning is theory, save our two practical classes per year. Introducing subject electives from 8th grade and different levels of each subject so that each child is taught according to their level will help (So weak students don't have to stress themselves keeping up with strong ones)

Emphasis on moral education, Indian history & freedom movement Ignite and identify the area of interest of each kid, support to continue in that field. No special status for particular disciplines. Teach all students to one skill related subject. life plumbing, furniture work, drama. Also compulsory one sports for every students students. Make compulsory for every student to learn swimming because it is life saving some time.
