when designing career guidance programs, highlight the importance of teaching and promote teaching as a profession. revise the pay for primary and high school teachers to make it more attractive. these teachers mould the future. make teaching profession as attractive as medicine or IT

is it really necessary for high school students to study topics that medical students need to know? they do need to learn history and science, geography , physics and chemistry, but is it necessary to go into the depth of these subjects. a child now knows how to read a survey sheet, but could not find river krishna on the map. they cant see the forest for the trees. i find that the content in texts is too much for children. no time to play and learn. have less text, and more interactive learning

regarding the plight of guest lecturuer in governmnet colleges:there had been a salary revision 2 years ago,but they're not paid only for the months when there is class. no PF/benefits. they may not be retained the next year. they are given the same working hrs as permanent staff who are paid 10 times more, with benefits. is there any plan of regularising them?or recognising their experience?benefits,PF?
