Sir, First lets modernise and expand the post office complexes. Get rid of the mesh oriented windows, have space for more functions. Department of Posts needs dedicated focus from the Central Government and needs good training to its staff. Instead of customers reaching the Post Office, let the staff also make some concrete effort to reach the customer. Make the Postal Office function Customer Centric.

Post office can tie up the ecommerce companies in India like Amazon, Flipkart, etc for the delivering their orders. No doubt that Post Offices will have to deliver these goods at lighting speed but given their deep penetration in the country, this should not be that difficult.

Sir
The Post Offices should have more effective and faster Speed Post Service. Also, all post-offices should be given printers. I have seen in some POs that they have computer but no printer and they still update the Postal Savings Bank Passbook manually. Also, a Postal Consumer Helpine (Toll Free) could be started. It is also needed that awareness is brought about regarding the availabilty of complaint and suggestion book in POs. It is also needed that POs have regular and full staff.

Respected sir, I am a government employ as i am seeing in government office more than 80 % corruption happen in back date official latter / order, if Dispatch section become strictly online then problem will solve. 1 dispatch number on the letter with date. when the require the dispatch number that time image of later should be save on server & no chance today for old date dispatch. Really this is very big issue & very powerful please make this follow as soon as possible in all India please.

Post Office can be WIFI Hotspot which can bring internet to villages . Private companies must be encouraged to set up WIFI Hotspots .
We can also ask companies to set up WIFI Hotspots at GRAM Panchayat Office also .

Dear Sir,
1. Post Office can be a permanent centre for Aadhar Enrollment and updation or modification centre
2. Post Office can be used to enroll or delete voters of particular area
3. Post Office can be used for PAN Services
4. New Law should be passed so that Indian Post should be allowed to issue address proof letters . This can play a big part in financial inclusion . Address of Individuals can easily be verified by postman .

Roof-tops of post offices can be rented out for solar panel power installations. Alternatively, space in the post office premises can be provided for wind-power installations, if feasible.

Post offices can be local electric power distribution hubs and provide the basic electricity requirements of households that are currently not connected to the grid. Alternatively, the existing post office electric power network can also be used to provide emergency standby services to hospitals, banks etc. in urban locations as well
