For delivering various Citizen centric services and furthering the reach of Financial Services including Insurance, the Government of India has set up a Task Force to examine and recommend efficient utilisation and upgradation of the Post Office Network, enabled with Digital/Internet Connectivity to rural Offices and outpost areas enabling reach of different services in rural areas. This Network is also being viewed as a distribution channel to retail various schemes and services of Central Government, State Government and Private Sector Players.

Through this discussion the Department of Posts (Ministry of Communications & Information Technology) seeks suggestions on the following:

•    To provide efficient postal network and points of presence [particularly in rural areas and small towns] to Central Government Ministries / Departments, State Governments [including Local Self Government] and private sector players for delivering various citizen-centric services, scheme, products to the people.
•    To further the role of Post Offices in Financial inclusion, including Insurance products
•    The infrastructure requirements of the Post Offices and the Postal Network
•    To make the Post Offices financially viable

Last date for sending your suggestions is 30th November, 2014.

आज पुरे देश मे आधार कार्ड बनाये गये हे इन का अगर सरकार व जनता को लाभ लेना हे तो इस मे आधार कार्डधारक का हर दसतावेज इसमे दर्ज किया जाये जेसे राशन कार्ड,पेन कार्ड,वोटर कार्ड,पासपोर्ट,हर प्रकार का लाईसेस,बेंक खाता,जमीन जायेदाद सभी कुछ इस से कई फ़ायेदे होगे हर भारतीये की पुरी जानकारी एक कलिक पर उपस्थित होगी ओर हर परकार की धांधली,अपराध पर अंकुश लगाया जा सकेगा ओर जनता को अलग अलग दस्तावेज नही सम्भालने होगे/ हर जरुरी दस्तावेज बनवाते समय युनिक नमबर जरुरी कर दिया जाये जिस से नये बनने वाले सभी दस्तावेज इस म

Offer post offices as a franchisee business similar to many developed countries. This will enable the following: - standard India Post Office franchisee model (includes marketing, fit-out, common processes, etc. (similar to other franchisees); - private ownership ensures better quality of service delivery; - pre-defined SLAs for handling and delivering mails (similar to courier companies); - enhance citizen services in these franchisee outlets based on location and size of the outlets.

Cont- its going to need more people. Go for tie up with private organisations for delivery of their documents. 3. Speed up delivery- it should have seprate dept for delivery of regular parcels and specially booked articles.. Act like a courier company- dont mix things up with vpp 4. Tie up with online marketing/ sales company The postal dept has a better profitability potential. It just needs to be managed properly

Post offices are one of the best way of delivering documents in rural and other parts of india. Clearly the postal department has a strong network. It just needs to capitalise the network. Now its time they look beyond traditional letter delivery task to catering to delivery of even products And other articles...just like a courier company 1. Keep prices reasonable 2. Hire more- trust me once the postal dept gains momentum in delivery of goods and become part of supply chain-cont

limit Post Offices could be used for advertisement in rural areas as for example information about a new high quality of seeds, fertilizers and manures, even cosmetics and mobile just like online sales. people from rural areas and villages they also want to share their ideas and suggestions people from these areas do not have such knowledge and resources so in that case again Post office provide a link between a common man and our government

the Post office would be biggest link between such industries and skill workers. So post office can be used not only for postal services but in many other areas too. But we have to equipped post offices with morden technologies. as for requitment of workers for industries we need an arrangement of audio video instruments for their interview in post offices. And this is not a limit Post Offices could be used for advertisement in rural areas as for example information about a new high quality

India has the largest Postal Network in the world with over 1, 55,015 Post Offices (as on 31.03.2009) of which 1, 39,144 (89.76%) are in the rural areas. Imagine if a private company require to develop such network they need lot investment and years to do the same. Builder's buyer agreement is only one side affair. They charge 24% interest in case delay in Payment. But in case of delay in construction only 2.5% interest. From Government side kindly fix some time line after launching within how much period he has to handover the possession. And same rate of interest he has to pay. How to check reliability of builder & its land.

In court when we go on date as per given by the lawyer, after reaching into the court we came to know, today lawyer is on leave and you have come on next date. this can be disclosed earlier by the lawyer through mobile phone but never. Always common man is only the sufferer. kindly do the needful.
