Globalization has resulted in greater cross border higher education. However, there is a need for a better policy that encourages collaborations, student faculty mobility etc. What are the changes necessary to bring promote internationalization of HE.

Rankings is a flawed method, long under question even in the countries that have adopted it, and even boycotted by many leading international universities. There is ample evidence that wherever this method has been adopted, it has led administrators to focus more on manipulating statistics or the flawed ranking measuring system rather than investing in improving research, learning and teaching avenues.

17. Internationalization of higher education Theme 17: How can we encourage foreign education providers? Any privatization and corporatization of education must be opposed, because it does not ultimately have student interests in mind but rather sees education as a profit making industry.

शिक्षा का अंतर्राष्ट्रीयकरण किया जावे साथ ही यह सुनिश्चित किया जावे की शिक्षा का स्तर भारतीय विश्वविद्यालयों में भी उसी स्तर का हो जिससे विद्यार्थी को पढने के लिए बाहर नहीं जाना पड़े |

We should stop religion/cast based benefits; this can be given based on student’s financial status. We should have schools at least in every 1 KM distance, the main language of primary education should be the local language but Sankrit should be a mandatory subject from primary level. English and Hindi should get same priority in all the states
