Student exchange programmes must be introduced. The concept is a University in India ties up with a university in for eg. Singapore. One semester of the course a no of students travell to the other university to study. This will help in cultural exchange and also help students experience international learning standards.

Universal syllabus in all courses should be made available with international standards so that our students can compete in international markets.

Credit transfers with overseas Universities. Student and faculty exchanges to be encouraged. Joint/ twinning programs will enhance the collaborations

An international university must be initiated by HRD min under which all international level degree & professional courses could be started. The new intl univ must link with all world-class univs of different countries & must run educational programs with their collaboration. International Guest lectures & student exchange programs with international universities abroad must be initiated. A mandatory international internship program must be launched in all degree courses.

it is possible to decrease the education loan for higher education. I wish to suggest institute must take guarantee of loan taken by student. institute may give provisional degree after passing the course with comment/ remark that loan taken by student is pending.after paying the loan, student has to submit NOC from bank to institute to get the degree.

Intentional competition organized by Indian body. Make sure 50% participant or from reputed universities.

Shri Modi Saab, There is no justice and damn partiality for our nation in English world. So, Why didn't we do parallel mutual tie-ups with RUSSIA not just military technology But in terms education, business, cultural, language and migration of our people. As it was predicted by MAHATMA GANDHI that we should first of all make our society into a non-Anglo based society.U.S based Globalisation made us follow damn. To really globalise we should implement RUSSIAN in our Schools besides with English.

Sir, while we are planning some thing by our topmost & renaound policymakers with vast experience & knowledge in their field of activities it is not wiser to advice them. to say something to them is nothing but also showing a candle to the SUN. So I may excused for saying something but I have to continue, because we are the salt(common man) of the costly meals.

Sir, kindly clarify meaning of "Internationalization of higher education" such as 1. Allow to foreign top university to open institute in India, 2. Allow to private management to open university with collaboration with foreign University. 3. Govt to open International standard university. Sir, from above three option I accept unconditionally the idea that the Govt. have to open top educational institute such as IIM, IIT, AIMS 2 to 5 in each state. Other two are unnecessary for us.

Sir, Firstly we have to organized our education from beginning, the Govt. have to open Central School in each two lacs populated area, Sir it is interesting that every body trying to open IIM in their area and the govt also puzzling them, but everybody forget their necessary needs. Actually 100 central schools cost is too less than one IIM, which is actually necessary we have to decide either 100 central school for our kid or one IIM. I like International Standard.
