we talking about internationalization of our education but what is reality of it we don't try to know. one of my friend who come to me after giving his PGT exam on this sunday, he told me that he must qualified this exam and ready to give money for interview. i have told him if you give bribe then what will you teach the students. he told me don't give me a lecture, you don't know what is the reality.giving a lecture easy but change it to hard, when it matters for employment.

It is good to compare our syllabi with foreign universities BUT i most feel ki we have not to ommit our traditional histories , our stalwart heroes and our countries men contributing to all the disciplines , so considering these points higher education can be reformed.

Seeing the "my gov" initiative in feel ecstatic that i can share my views to even our country's minister, which i earlier use to consider an impossible dream.Why we have to BUY EDUCATION WHEN ITS OUR RIGHT. A recent example is of my school is of my own school whose is not giving me my 12th board admit card before i give them Rs.10,000. Although the money isnt for the card but when i try to inquire, they give no explanation of for what I should pay and are teasing me during this crucial time.

Our education system is still following old pattern of cramming line to line and reproducing that on answer sheet as it is.Even some students don't have understanding of the basic concepts about their lesson but they have cramming capability to excel in examination.Hence most schools and colleges are producing quantity crammers rather than quality students So,my suggestion is to check the knowledge of students by following objective type pattern rather than theoretical in examination.

As an applicant for PHd and Lecturer positions after completion of UGC NET in a management - I feel that our country does not have a research friendly education system..when I am ready to leave my job and come to academics for pursuing a career in this field; I am not able to find one.There exist lot of lacuna in the system.IGNOU and UGC helplines never work...UGC has given a non functional email id in its website; I am depressed at the whole situation that after clearing UGC NET i am unemployed
