Just imagine a scenario when they will talk about the advance techniques of imparting classroom,on field training ,we will be focusing on the structure of class. All Top international schools and colleges should be allowed to open their campuses and they be allowed to be governed by the home country rules, notionally as if part of embassy, with only one proviso that a minimum of 50 percent of seats should be reserved for Indians and they should celebrate our independence and republic days.

As it is well known that a strong building can't be built on the infirm base I want to say, first we should strengthen our institutional structure from bottom to up by developing competitive spirit in providing quality education through AGENCIFICATION ,inter university ,inter state competition focusing on academics and result oriented accountability. As partnership, whatever it's characteristics is always among equals so first we should stand on our footing with our own methods.

The first step is reasearch & unbiased historical analysis Taking guidance from Vedic structure , restructuring of total schooling system that moves towards right time enrolment to optimum years used in school education Second step towards education material guided towards human character & skill development rather than just book knowledge This in itself will be a step towards the next generation of India

Nowadays, international higher education is very costlier.Even if they get scholarships of 75% ,accumalting 25% is a bigger task.so make it easy to provide 25% of total expenditure atleat a small portion may come from govt.to the eligible candidates. In India reservation catagory only availing international education, others not.But we have to think even those who comes under genaral catagory, who are very intelligent but because of funds they can not go for higher education.

1) Try to poach professors from best universities around world. 2) Create awards & recognition like Nobel which will be recognized worldwide and build India's brand. 3) Create incentives for the best students to stay back and teach 4) Defense contracts to universities (like DARPA) can improve quality of researchers & students in STEM fields. 5) Increase flexibility through credit transfer. 6) Run universities like companies by employing students as employees & provide scholarship based on merit.

Hello. just wanted to share one idea. We in India are 120 crore people. Imagine if we have a way by which we can collect 1 Rupee per month from every individual weather rich or poor, weather beggar or a millionaire. By this we can accumulate 120 crore rupees every month and which can be used in building schools for the children who cant afford. I don't think even a beggar will have a problem giving 1 rupee per month and in return his/her child will get education, meal and shelter
