The course content in higher education has to follow the international standards incorporating the updated knowledge in every field of study. The study method has to change too, reflecting the best available in the world where the focus is on practical application of the knowledge than on memorizing and regurgitating the facts from the book in exams.

I am a children book publisher. I employed many people in my publication for writing editing designing and investing my limited capital but due to the changing government policy i m confused about the future of this industry. I want that government should clear there planning as early as possible so that industry can save itself from coming uncertainty.

I have been working in the education technology field for the last 16 years abroad .Over a period with my observation and experience I have realized that India produces good skilled people like software engineers and technicians but when it comes to command over language , we lack. Comparatively I have seen a less skilled westerner with a high grade job and paid more then an Indian with high skills just because of the Language ,in this case English. A Larger set of Vocabulary is needed.

Global is more ideal term. Internationalization refers to the divided world,it reminds us that the Earth is narrowly divided into many countries.Global refers to the one Earth, it reminds us that there is only one Earth and naturally we are the citizen of one village that is the Earth. Global also refers to desire to get the best out of the world. The development on global and natural terms begins with the global and natural freedom, that is highest standard of personal freedom in life.
