An education system focusing on the today's needs is required. Sports and other extra curricular activities should be given adequate weightage in the curriculum .students shouldn't be pressurized for marks but focus should be on 100% understanding of course and its soull. Before world history, a student must know his own nation's history. Career oriented training is required.

Internationalization of higher education- the education system of making a good employee should be revamped to make a good individualist. It should inculcate strong social awareness including political happenings. Rejuvenating our edu system is very essential at the same time no one should be forced to take up any subject/language for that. Our edu should create the ideaprunaters not just an employees.

Semesters abroad, MOOCs, collaborative research, industry internships are ways to ensure a global workforce in a global workplace. India's HR dividend will be much sought after in another 15 years as countries in Europe and America (even China) age. India will be one of the few countries with adequate skills to fill several positions. Some of these countries are already thinking about investing in education in countries like India to ensure a skilled workforce for them in years to come.
