They are more helpful because they provide specific, detailed, and often personal context. They offer a richer understanding of the product's performance, its pros and cons, and how it compares to other options.
Provide specific details: Mention specific features, materials, or aspects of the product that stand out.
Offer a personal experience: Share how the product improved your life or solved a specific problem for you.
Compare to other products: Help other consumers by explaining how this product stacks up against its competitors.
Include constructive criticism: Point out areas for improvement in a helpful, non-aggressive way.
Mention customer service: Acknowledge the support you received, as it's a huge part of the overall experience.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Asmit Singh from Araria, Bihar. I welcome the Draft Accessibility Standards for the Products Sector and wish to suggest that the framework strongly encourage innovation. Emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and voice-enabled interfaces can make products more inclusive and user-friendly. The standards should also provide scope for affordable and scalable solutions, so that accessibility benefits reach rural and semi-urban areas. Further, incentives for research, collaboration between industry and academia, and awareness programs for manufacturers can promote innovative, future-ready designs. By treating accessibility not only as compliance but also as an opportunity for creativity and inclusive growth, India can set global benchmarks in accessible product development.
With due respect,
Asmit Singh

All packaged products (such as medicines, food items, and electronic goods) must have universal accessible labeling — including large fonts, Braille, and QR codes that provide audio information when scanned.
👉 This will ensure that every person with disability can easily access and understand product information.
