A WRIST BELT/ PHONES THAT HELP THE DISABLED PERSON WITH TRAVELLING USING AI AND GPS.ONE CAN HAVE AUDIO INSTRUCTIONS THROUGH EAR PHONES .HOW IT WORKS?
1) WE USE TACTILE STIMULATION FOR SIGNILING LIKE THROUGH VIBRATION OF DIFFERENT FREQUENCY . STRONG TO STOP AND LIGHT TO MOVE.
2) PROVIDING OBLITERATED BUTTONS THAT EVERY DISABLE PERSON CAN FEEL BY TOUCHING.
3) PROVIDING OPTIONS LIKE GPS,SENSOR TO DETECT OBJECTS, SENSOR THAT TELLS THEM HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST OBJECT TO THEM .THEY CAN EASILY REACH TO PRODUCT USING LASER SENSOR.
4) EMERGENCY CALL NUMBER BY JUST PRESSING THE BUTTON WHICH OTHER PERSON CAN SEE THE ROAD AND GUIDE THE DISABLE.
5) BUTTON TO CONNECT THE NEARBY DISABLED PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN HELP EACH OTHER. BLIND CAN HELP THE ONE WHO CAN'T HEAR,WHILE PERSON WITH HEARING LOSS CAN HELP THE BLIND WITH DIRECTIONS.SO BASICALLY THEY BECAME THE GUIDE FOR EACH OTHER
6) USING AI IN THE WATCH WITH THICK BAND CAN HELP DETECTING THE OBJECT ,THIS OBJECT IS 40 CM WAY ON LEFT .

I HAVE A SUGGESTION. I KNOW GOVERNMENT HAS PROVIDED VARIOUS FACILITIES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THEY THEMSELVES NOT AWARE - HOW TO USE IT TO FULL POTENTIAL.
SO I RECOMMEND A APP "YOGYA".IT INCLUDES FOLLOWING FEATURES:-
1)ONE CAN CHOOSE THERE DISABILITY LIKE HEARING LOSS, BLINDNESS ,CRIPPLED ETC.AND THEN THE WHOLE BOOKLET OPENED TO GUIDE THEM REGARDING FACILITIES AVAILABLE FOR THEM IN DIFFERENT SECTORS .
2) IT HELP THEM WITH TRAVELLING LETTING THEM KNOW WHAT ARE VARIOUS TRAVELLING FACILITIES LIKE BUS THAT HAVE SLANT FOR WHEELCHAIR TO GO UP AND SPACE FOR WHEELCHAIR IN BUS.OR LETTING THEM KNOW WHERE THERE ARE SPECIAL TOILETS FOR THEM TO USE IN THERE NEARBY LOCATION.
3) PORTAL FOR LETTING THEN KNOW THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR THEM ACCORDING TO THERE DISABILITY.
4) HELPLINE NUMBER OR CHAT ROOM FOR DISABLE PEOPLE TO CONNECT.
5) PROVIDING THEM STICK WITH SENSOR WHICH DETECT THE OBJECT IN 10 METER WITH AUDIO GUIDE WHILE WALKING THROUGH THIS APP .

वैसे तो भारत सरकार लगातार दिव्यांगों की सशक्तिकरण के लिए सराहनीय कार्य कर रही है, दिव्यान्गजनों को सुलभ यातायात आज भी जमीनी हकीकत में नही मिल रहा है खासकर ग्रामीण भारत में,, दिव्यान्गजन को जो यातायात की सुविधाएँ मुहैया कराइ जा रही हैं जमीनी स्तर पर उनकी सतत मोनिटरिंग हो, भारत सरकार द्वारा दिव्यान्गजनों की समस्या के निदान और उनको लाभों से वंचित किये जाने की शिकायत और निराकरण के लिए स्पेशल पोर्टल बनाया जाये जिसमे केवल दिव्यांगजन की समस्याएं दर्ज हों और उनका समयसीमा में निराकरण हो बस ट्रांसपोर्टेशन में कई जगह दिव्यांगों द्वारा UDID CARD दिखाने पर भी यात्रा किराया में छूट नहीं मिलती कई बार बस ट्रांसपोर्टेशन में दिव्यान्गों द्वारा यात्रा में छूट की मांग करने पर उनके साथ अभद्रता होती है जिन पर कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाना दिव्यान्गजन के हित में होगा ,,, हवाई यात्राओं के लिए भी दिव्यान्गजनों के लिए यात्रा किराया ,में कन्सेशन का प्रावधान होना चाहिए उन्हें रेल यात्रा कन्सेशन जैसे ही हवाई यात्रा पास जारी करना चाहिए

Suggesting an addition idea Regarding Delhi Vehicle Ban on top of it. I want to suggest that Govt look into income certificate & bank balance of each old vehicle owners according to current Ban and then apply the ban if the owner is fully capable of buying new EV or other less polution vehicle. This Addition would be perfect for now then slowly implement strict polution rule to phase out old vehicles in next 3-4 years while giving license. This Idea Can be Implemented slowly in other cities too in next 5 years if any city's EV infrastructure is decent.

I strongly support the development of Accessibility Standards for the Transport and Mobility Sector. Inclusive transport is essential to ensuring equal participation in society for persons with disabilities. I would like to offer the following suggestions:
1. Accessible Public Transport:
Ensure buses, trains, metros, and shared transport services are equipped with ramps, low-floor access, wheelchair spaces, and priority seating clearly marked and enforced.
2. Real-Time Accessibility Information:
Mobile apps and public information systems should provide real-time updates about accessibility features (e.g., working lifts/elevators, availability of low-floor buses).
3. Tactile & Audio Navigation Aids:
Install tactile paths at bus stops, metro stations, and railway platforms. Audio announcements and visual displays should be clear, synchronized, and multilingual.
Suggestions For Transport Sector in Delhi :
1. Mandatory Defensive Driving TRG. for all School Bus Drivers, Conductors and Helpers at least once in a year for one day.
2. Mandatory Defensive Driving Session for all Staff Drivers and Conductors serving in different corporate sectors, at least once in a year.
3. All Passenger Serving Drivers and Conductors will undergo Defensive Driving Training once a year.
4. Compulsory Training for all New LMV Licence holders and institutions like IDTR DELHI get authority for Licence test for LMV and 2 wheeler because they have all advanced facilities available. I request Authorities to visit , so that it's easy for the general public to undergo
test and get their Licences.
5. For Government Examination of Drivers i.w. conducted by DSSSB board for LMV and HMV , they should select Test centres just Like IDTR DELHI because all automated facilities are available in IDTR DELHI with complete Camera Records of Test.
