Dear PMO,
Someone will scare you as long as you are scared. This is also the account of current foreign policy.Since China is now pitting our neighbours against us, we will also have to pit its partially opposing countries against us with security and economic aid. China will undoubtedly feel bad, let it feel bad. When China is ignoring our interests in POK, we will also not have to accept its One-China Policy. This clear message should be sent to the media as well. Only then will China stop.

* Enforcement Mechanisms: Clearly outline stringent penalties for non-compliance to ensure timely and effective implementation.
* Digital Accessibility: Strengthen guidelines for transport apps and websites to ensure they adhere to WCAG 2.2 standards, including real-time, screen-reader friendly updates.
* Sensory Accessibility: Expand provisions for quiet rooms and sensory zones in all transport hubs, not just airports, to accommodate neurodivergent individuals.
* Feedback Integration: Establish easily accessible, responsive grievance redressal mechanisms at every transport touchpoint, with public reporting of resolution rates.
* Pilot Testing: Mandate pilot testing with diverse persons with disabilities before full-scale deployment to identify practical challenges.

Honorable PM Dear Modi.
Reduce air travel and road travel and make Rail travels everywere in Domestic travels.
allow states to build intercity rail routs. near existing tracks or lease out existing tracks in certain times were it is not used.
exusting Haighways shall start having rail tracks in center out of 8 lane 2 shall be tracks whuch can even carry passanger cars , Bikes, and 4 wheeler trucks like small goods vehicle and even lorries . which will bost rail transport and save dependency on fossil fuel.
actually one who thinks for the cituzen and country will bet very big budget on medium speed rail network with the technology Bharath have now . Bharath does not need speed. this is egriculture country . hear speed will be a problem because only 5 percemtage of population work in corporate profiles who need speed.
here we need more and more rail tracks and more and more trains. prefarably intercity trains. Servay have to be made on crowd moment and start implimenting

The draft accessibility standards for the transport sector, as outlined by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), are designed to improve the transportation experience for people with disabilities and align with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Stakeholders are encouraged to review the draft and provide feedback on areas like priority seating, wheelchair accessibility, handrails, and the specific needs of different transport modes (buses, trains, airports).

All the station, isolated location, accross the road and rail network, fuel station, bridges can be supported with solar panel installation to generate electricity for their own requirement as well as feed in the grid. we can make big solar park and BESS to charge the EV vehicle at NHAI and State highway roads. all the fule station Petrol , Diesel, CNG and future Hydrogen should have designed with solar roof top. India , RTO must have their own Data center to keep monitor, analyze data of the vehicle and coordinate and support the police and investigation agency in case of an accident, theft , Robber , over speeding, insurance, and many more. The hospital and medical emergency response system must be planned across the state road and NHAI so that drivers can get immediate support on health issue.Same Vehicle maintenance outlet of each company must be located across the Road strategically. The Automobile companies must be established as a driver training centre across the country .

The road has to be constructed with the latest and smart technology which should not get damaged in rain. The fuel station must be smart and issued a digital bill directly to the vehicle owner , the can use fastag . RTO can have a server and can manage all data since vehicle inception. The vehicle owner can upload the vehicle service records and repair status. The old and outdated technology vehicles must be removed gradually based on its mechanical, other test. India must have its own map server and we should not Google map. The road map must have mapping with its carrying load (weight) capacity. All the Bridges must be tagged with its load barring capacity and its self life All the bridges, diversion, crossing , turning must have sufficient light. We have to make a sufficient underpass gateway to cross the animals easily at the state highway and NHAI. If we are unable to do patrolling physically then we use drones on highways to keep watch on the roads.
