The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Internet Remote Control for farmers with video support. People who have there farms away from their homes can use this technology. This is prototype still.

Skill is not confined to manufacturing. Creative skills need to be encouraged and nurtured. Without creative skills, innovation cannot happen. Hence, creativity, skills, and innovation are not separate. One depends on the other. A holistic developmentof all the three is needed.

We have wizards of mechanics, weavers, potters, blacksmiths, repairers of electrical/electronic equipment and so on, known only in their locality, having no formal training or degree but the skill-set to make useful and beautiful products or keep an equipment running for decades. The skill-development program should be inclusive of these craftsmen either as part-time instructors or as advisors to tool-innovation sessions.

bahut aasan hai। ek engineering ka teacher kya yh janta hai ki kisi factory mein practicaly kaam kaise hota hai। sabhi engimeering collage ki faculties ke paas kam se kam us field mein 5 years ka work experience(salaried slip ke sath) hona anivarya kar dena chahiye aur iske liye ek strict aur non-corrupted regulating body chahiye isse hoga yeh ki nonproductive collages apne aap band ho jayenge। aur jo bhi niklenge wo skilled honge।

Kinldy Initiate for Such programs from were Students/Reseacher's /Educationalist etc. can learn from Other nation and apply those in India for betterment Indian education not only for development but also for fast changing Global technology.

Honrable P.M. Sir, Sir, w.r I would say the Positions of Indian Education as compare to world education, i found we are way behind from developed nations, although we are having Good Education Inst. such as IIT'S,IIM'S and AIIMS etc but as we know very well Every year the cream of A+ inst. are filtered hence we left with few, kindly do something for that and also i suggest you to initiate some Globally Youth Exchange plans for education so that they can learn New/Advance technology.

भारत को विश्व स्किल कैपिटल बनाने में जीतनी सम्भावनाये व योग्यता हमारे पास है वो विश्व के अन्य देशों में नही , यह बहुत ही कारगर अभियान सिद्ध होगा यदि भारत सरकार जनता द्वारा दिये गए सुझावों को मान कर चले, जनता अपना कौशल इससे अधिक से अधिक विकसित कर सकेंगे । आवश्कता है एक अच्छे बजट और प्रशासन द्वारा दिये सुगमता और सुविधायें और साथ ही बिना पक्षपात व बिना राजनीति आधार से कार्य को आरम्भ करने की ।

छोटे स्तर पर कामकाजी लोगो को स्कूल व कॉलेजो में प्रशिक्षक के तौर पर लिया जाना चाहिए जिससे उनको एक प्रकार से रोजगार भी मिलेगा और विद्यार्थियों में हुनर चमकाने और कौशल बढ़ाने का भी अवसर मिलेगा ।
