To make India a 'Skill Capital', the first thing that is to be done is, the application of the knowledge. Children should be taught and encouraged to make practical use of the theoretical knowledge, at an early age. There are a lot of things that children are taught in school, which has very little practical use. If we make practical use of the knowledge, only then can we expect the maximum and efficient use of the knowledge we possess.
To make 'skill capital' india, First we have to keep away our youth from drugs, alcohol. After that we have to give them education by the method they understand not just giving exams and like that.

The major thinking about Science among students is that science is a subject with lengthy formulas and infinite concepts. This thought should be changed and Students should feel science as Nature teaching them it's magnificent phenomena. Along with education , physical education should be given equal importance. Students should feel their space. We should identify each student's interest and nurture them. Expecting every student to perform same in a particular field is foolishness.

Under the NEP 2021, a balance has to be struck between theoretical education and practical skills. The present system leans more towards rote learning and is memory ' oriented. I suggest that every student be made to go through a comprehensive personality assesment, within just 2 weeks after their SSLC exams. It should include numerical skills, technical aptitude, literary comprehension, verbal skills, proper presentation of the self. That way, they can choose between science, commerce, or arts.
