Sir, I would like to suggest something like multi-pronged intervention to be added with the CSR. I think, if we also encourage big Corporate Houses to select a region , divide it in sub-zones and then involve large NGOs linked with the network of small NGOs for implementing and taking responsibility of that region as per their capacity then instead of a single centralized unit making programs we can have effective programs for the development on the health, education, empowerment and livelihood.

Give free education and medication then automatically corruption will be gone. The rule should pass minimum education qualification for each. Then every person in India can become skill full person.

In current scenario, technology must be passed on from bigger companies to smaller companies and their staff should be trained in that. Small manufacturers face challenges in the form of high rentals, capital availability, too much paper work, high electricity costs, poor infrastructure ( please try to visit industrial areas...barring few, most of them hardly have proper roads and regular electricity supply) When basic infra is missing, and whatever is there comes at high costs.
