The youth of India are the torchbearers of tomorrow, fueling the nation’s growth with their creativity, skills, and innovative mindset. The participation of youth, in addition to the demographic division we enjoy, will be crucial as we gear up to emerge from the shadow of global pandemic repercussions to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi gave a new mantra to the youth last year - ‘Skill, Reskill and Upskill’ to remain relevant in the rapidly changing business environment and market conditions.

The passion of youth is celebrated around the world on July 15 in the form of World Youth Skills Day to stress the strategic importance of equipping youth with employment, quality work, and entrepreneurship skills.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites creative ideas and suggestions from the youth to propel India as the ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The last date to submit your entries is 17th September 2021.

Dear honorable PM, Skills development for defense forces includes massively parallel Neuromorphic computing but when off air intercepted signals need to be integrated with spatial cognition for multi speaker Multi channel narratives then we need to extract the speech signals as Spike-Based signals. This can be applied in space domain operations as different locations can be networked using network science. Therefore it is necessary for knowledge and skills development programs to apply science

छोटे स्तर पर कामकाजी लोगो को स्कूल व कॉलेजो में प्रशिक्षक के तौर पर लिया जाना चाहिए जिससे उनको एक प्रकार से रोजगार भी मिलेगा और विद्यार्थियों में हुनर चमकाने और कौशल बढ़ाने का भी अवसर मिलेगा ।

Dear Sir, I think every should should be thought Entrepreneurship. Like there are many indian startups like Cred, Paytm, Ola, Uber, Flipkart etc. Even Initially they don't make money but slowly-slowly from Paytm Earning Cash and that's create a huge impact.

Sir, One segment where we need to develop skills is operating drones. These resources will be great source of new ideas for possible options against drones trikes. Future wars as you know won't be much of man to man fight.

Hon'ble Sir/Ma'am, I am an Architect, soo suggestions regarding my field are: 1) There is lack of information(there is no proper means to know about posts available for architects in government sector). 2) No proper knowledge is given in colleges about government jobs/posts which are there. 3) Skill development courses should be initiated for architectural field. Thanks

To make India skill capital we need to make 180 degree turn in everything we do: Education, entrainment, media , news-items, ministries, industry polices, Law, fund directions, incentives etc. , all need to be completely revamped to direct all energies in the talent/competence direction. Patriotism is the basic requirement to start. Talent need to nurtured. Today, people retire with talents are just toiling to stay alive.

Congratulations to Indian Govt. for Auto and Drone PLI scheme. This will lead to more demand for semiconductor chips. Some initiatives I can think of is 1) 100% FDI for semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and System integration for Taiwanese semiconductor companies to bring expertise in India. 2) PLI for semiconductor industry in silicon refining, manufacturing and R&D 3) Advanced PHD streams in IIT/IISC for chip components design for capacitors, diode, capacitor etc.

Ocean freight from india to Europe is altime High and mainly due to China and USA conjunction of containers. It's seems it's intentionally, resulting business from india to European countries suffering. it's advisable to start more Indian vessels for European, African and Latin USA. Also alternative transport like Train to European countries can be good for business and tourism point of view.
