Coaching culture is the main problem in the poor human resource development in India. To combat coaching culture, what we need to do is include strict holistic requirements for college admissions, especially the top ones. This will force the coaching institutions to include holistic development with priority. This will surely decimate the coaching system within 10ys . We can use the admission process of Harvard College as an example. https://college.harvard.edu/admissions/apply/what-we-look-for

hi,
it would be better if government intiate encourage indian citizens in converting old petrol diesel cars into electric cars in tie-up with all cars manufacturers in india. as cost of new cars rolls high everyday,it will be a win-win-win scenario for government, car manufacturers & buyers as the market potential is high in car conversion there by reducing need of petrol/diesel, eco-friendly transport profit for car manufacturers, cheap car investment for buyers old buses & lorry too. jai hind
if government intiate aggressive schemes in providing non conventional power units for every home (solar panel, wind turbine) to make electricity for all home across India thereby reducing conventional fuel consumption & carbon footprint. moreover it would create jobs (installation, commissioning) that would help in improving living standards.
although the initial cost for this project looks moderate high for government intiative but its worthy in long run...jai hind

R/Sir,
In construction industry, use of machines has increased. Also painting job involved handling of paint, thinner, sealing compound etc. It is also necessary to work at height which is dangerous. A short duration course may be developed for such workers so that they will be better equipped to handle machines as well as safety equipment. Also it may be made compulsory for all contractors to have insurance cover for all such jobs, which will provide cover to workers against accidental injury
