Day - care centers is becoming a need mostly in metro cities where both parents are working. It is observed that though there are day care centers, we do not have proper training course for people running such centers. It is therefore necessary to design a certification course for such care takers. This course should include appropriate training on child psychology. basic training on first aid. Different teaching methods. Also we must have a proper licensing policy for such centers

Earlier draft policies on Awarding agencies and Assessing Agencies were put up for comments/suggestions. A few points were suggested then. Same are attached herewith which may be useful. Technical education is in concurrent list. Hence States must be active partners when any project is developed.

A few points are listed in the attached document for consideration please. It is also suggested that there should be a close co ordination with HRD ministry and for various technical/Skills upgradation courses. These courses must be designed with active input from industry and number of seats offered must be in tune with the requirement.

Sir we should make some more IIT in india and sir should ask havard,coloumbo,stenford,oxford to make branches in india . Sir these are the some of the best institutions which will be helpful for uncoming youth for gaining skills . Sir india will gain skills only if the new education system will be implemented.

सादर अभिवादन। हमारे देश की ताकत हमारी युवा जनशक्ति है। यदि ये हुनरमंद हो जाय तो देश स्किल्ड देश बन जायेगा। इसके लिये प्रक्षिक्षण पर ध्यान देना होगा। अच्छा प्रशिक्षण अच्छा शिक्षक ही दे सकता है। अच्छा तकनीकी शिक्षक तकनीक की गोद से ही पैदा किया जा सकता है। अतः तकनीकी रूप से श्रेष्ठ संस्थानो के श्रेष्ठ कार्मिक सप्ताह में एक दिन संस्थाओं में जाकर अथवा प्रशिक्षणर्थियों को बुलाकर कौशल विकास में योगदान दे सकते हैं।
