To be the skill-capital of the world, India has to first consolidate its niche markets one of which is weaving of fabrics. Jute is a sunrise raw material for fabrics. It is eco-friendly and strong, but It has to be more pleasant to the skin. This can be achieved by chemical treatment or mixing with cotton and silk threads during weaving. The CSIR and big Indian fabric makers have to carry out intense research to acquire the skill to produce a jute-based super fabric for the world.
The main emphasis is to skill the youth in such a way that they get employment. Under this scheme training, support and guidance would be providing for all occupations. The training provided would be along the lines of a global level so that youth can go to work in another country.

Proper compensation both financial and social can only help in making india skill capital. If we want to preserve our culture and heritage we must nurture skills.
Scholarships, Prize , Salary, Training and Development can help.
Govt must ensure to nurture and develop skills to highest level.

Sir I'm a student in Kerala.
Today's youth, patriotism has not been as much as before. So,Sir I think first of all we should make each and every citizen aware about their country and make them patriotic . Another thing is that many are feared to face a stage or anything, to show their skills and in many their skills are hidden. So,it's very important to ensure all these from school life itself. Similar to gurukula education we have to promote education closer to nature from school life itself.
People follow Israil for modern agri farms. We have a rich heritage in organic farming. There are different development firms like real estate developers, poultry developers etc who offer advanced skill.Let us create agri developers who will develop agri land for specifics & impart high modern skills. This will change unused low fertile land to cultivable. This will help those people holding land & money but could not develop due to lack of skill & help people who do not know govt subsidies.
Respected sir, the structure of education needed improvement it should be more practical then just writing . school should also focus on sports and cyber security like activities.
Respected sir
In my opinion skill development training of students must start at their school level. School must provide practical exposure to students in all domains till there 10th standard and then after choosing their fields like commerce or science they must be given a chance to explore things practically like making commerce students exposed to real business making them involved planning and accounting of real businesses will provide them a lot of exposure and will help them run startups.
