कौशल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र की जांच की जाए कि वे सभी संसाधन से परिपूर्ण हैं या नहीं। तभी उनको मान्यता दी जाए।
और बीच बीच में जांच करते रहें कि वहां पर सभी संसाधन व्यवस्थित रूप से उपयोग में लाए जा रहे हैं या नहीं।
छात्रों से भी संवाद किया जाए कि वहां पर संसाधन का उपयोग होता है या नहीं।
वहुत से संस्थान में तो केवल लिखित की पढाई होती है प्रयोगात्मक की नहीं जिससे बच्चों का कौशल विकास नहीं संभव हो पाता है।
बहुत से इंटर कालेज में प्रेक्टिकल के लिए पर्याप्त सामान न होने के कारण बच्चे उससे अनजान रहते हैं।
